Kelly was taken into custody after a hearing in Chicago and will be transferred to the county jail — and won’t be allowed out until he pays the money he owes, according to the Cook County Sheriff’s office.

The singer’s publicist said he came to court prepared to pay up to $60,000, but Judge Lori Rosen wanted the full amount.

Kelly was arrested in February on charges of sexually abused four women, including three who were underage at the time, and pleaded not guilty.

He spent that weekend in jail before a supporter posted his $100,000 bail, with Kelly’s attorney saying the Grammy winner’s finances are “a mess.”

But Rosen had found last month that Kelly owes nearly $200,000 in child support and interest — and his deadline to cough up the cash was Wednesday, according to the Chicago Tribune.

Kelly’s next hearing is March 13.
