How I Escaped Being Pastor Fatoyinbo’s Rape Victim- Dolapo Oseji

Another Victim, Franca Emerges With Rape Accusation Against Pastor Fatoyinbo

By Our Reporter

The last has certainly not been heard of the controversy raging from the explosive interview by Busola Dakolo, wife of Nigerian artiste, Timi Dakolo exposing the sexual escapades of Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo of COZA and how he raped and disvirgined her before she turned 18.

while Nigerians were trying to make sense of the very thought provoking interview, the accused came out to vehemently deny the accusation and went a step further to say that he had never in his life time raped anybody, hence pouring cold water on Busola’s testimony.

Pastor Biodun had also gone a step further to suggest that he will be taking legal actions against the Dakolo family and others who have accused him ‘falsely’ of having carnal knowledge with some female members of his church.

But while many Nigerians, especially celebrities are standing behind Busola with a now trending hashtag, #IStandWithBusola, another lady, Dolapo Oseji has narrated how she escaped being one of Pastor Biodun’s rape victims.

While commiserating with Busola for her courage to speak up, Oseji said she was sure Busola was speaking the truth as she had an encounter with the pastor some years ago.

She recounted: “Rape is a serious crime and must not be covered up. I believe her (Busola) because I had a personal encounter with Pastor Biodun some years ago. He had become a family friend and was also my sisters Pastor as she attended COZA. Bottom line is on a certain day, he was in Lagos, he asked me to spend the night in his hotel room with him. He made it seem so innocent but I was already in my twenties and knew it was inappropriate to spend a night alone with him for whatever reason.

“I also wondered what his wife and my relatives would think of it. That was the end of my interaction with him. Everyone makes mistakes however we must not condone anyone making such repeated mistakes. To any leader in any capacity exploiting the vulnerable under you, TIMES UP (sic)”.

With the issue still raging and generating serious controversy on the media space, the burning questions that would be begging for answers in the coming days would be thus: Will Pastor Biodun go ahead and sue Busola Dakolo? Will Busola’s revelation inspire more victims to come out in the open to speak up? Who between the two parties is telling the truth?
