Raymond Dokpesi, Chairman of Daar Communications, has passed away at the age of 71.
The renowned chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) breathed his last in Abuja, according to Punch.
It is believed that Dokpesi succumbed to the effects of a stroke, which he experienced after the conclusion of the recent Ramadan fast.
Following the stroke, Dokpesi had been managing his health condition and undergoing occupational therapy to enhance his daily functions.
However, his health deteriorated rapidly, culminating in his demise.
