Laila, the daughter of former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, is set to wed. Their wedding between Laila and Saleh Maitala, is scheduled to hold on Friday, August 23, 2024, at the National Mosque, Abuja.  Atiku, last year hosted the groom’s family when they came to ask for Laila’s hand in marriage. It was much to my delight to host the family of Alhaji Iliyasu Maitala, who had come asking for the hands of one of my daughters, Ms Laila Atiku, in marriage.
